In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership to the operations of a Level III NICU. A key responsibility will be to develop collaborative relationships on the Mother-Child Health Unit. In addition, staffing, continuity of patient flow, providing and ensuring exceptional patient care, preserving a safe environment plus utilizing your mentoring skills and counseling techniques. ?

Our specialized services include a state-designated Perinatal Intensive Care Unit, Regional Perinatal Center for diagnosis and treatment and Level III Nursery.

?

The successful candidate will have NJ RN licensure, BSN, MSN preferred and at least 3 years' experience in Level III NICU. National Certifications required.
