In April, Miley Cyrus said she was headed on an international tour because she didn't know if America wanted to hear from her these days.
It was an odd thing to say, but if Cyrus was looking for love, she definitely found it in Panama City. That area welcomed the singer with open arms, and very loud screams this week.
And Miley rewarded the crowd with a set that included such favorites as "Stay" and "Can't Be Tamed." Just listen to how bonkers it gets when the former is introduced...
