Tom Fenno Production was cited for mechanical problems with two injection wells that use water to produce oil.

Prospect Energy was cited for mechanical problems with one of its injection wells near Fort Collins.
According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan , Tom Fenno Production officials blame a hole in tubes for making several wells vulnerable to mechanical failure.
A Prospect Energy official says a seal at the bottom of the well had become brittle and needs to be replaced.
